Whether to choose square diffuser or double deflection grille diffuser at the fan coil air supply port, the following factors are mainly considered:
1. Environmental conditions of the air supply outlet. The square ceiling diffuser has wide application conditions and can be used in polluted environment and exposed conditions. Double deflection air grille is more suitable for indoor cleaning environment.
Considering that the fan coil is usually set outside the house, the square diffuser should be more suitable.
2. Air flow requirements at the air supply outlet. The square air diffuser has 360-degree air incidence, which can realize air incidence in any direction; Double-layer deflection diffuser limits the air flowedirection, which is not suitable for the occasions requiring partial direction incidence.
Generally, the coil air supply port needs to provide maximum incidence conditions in all directions, and the square ac diffuser is better.
3. Air filtration requirements. The double-layer louver diffuser has more efficient filtration performance, which can block the large particle size dust and reduce the inlet parts' exposure to pollutants.
The filtration performance of the 4 way supply air diffuser is relatively poor, and it is more suitable for occasions with low air filtration requirements.
Considering that the coil usually has no frequent filter change requirements, the air filtration performance of the square diffuser is relatively adequate, and the cost advantage is greater than that of the double deflection grille diffuser.
