  The customer has been in contact with us before, and these days he proposed to come to Vairtech to discuss the future cooperation and test the quality of our products.

   Every company has a system in place, and Wieton is the same. Have certain procedures for the customer visits:
 

Before customer visit:

  • Plan the process for customer confirmation
  • Prepare for your visit: Confirm airport/hotel pickup, time of visit, itinerary, number of visitors and relevant information
  • Confirm the purpose of customer visit, prepare interested products or samples, drawing specifications and dimensions
  • Identify assistance personnel and whether designers are required to assist
  • Get the usual office tools: tape measure, caliper, calculator, notebook, paper, pen, water/tea/coffee, stapler
  • Prepare small gifts for clients
     

On the day of the customer visit:

  • Salesmen pay attention to dress and grooming for the day
  • Call often to know the customer's specific location and whether they need help

   The salesman makes all preparations strictly in accordance with the process.
