Today, the customer comes to do the inspection of Vairtech products before shipment: waterproof louver.The customer came to consult in April, and finally placed a sample order on May 15th and then came to test the product quality of Vairtech.The tests are as follows：
Mark 10×10 (100) small 1mm×1mm grids on the surface of the test sample with a 100 grid knife,each line should be deep to the bottom of the paint; Clean the debris in the test area with a brush;
Use 3M600 adhesive paper or equivalent adhesive paper to firmly stick to the small grid under test,and wipe the adhesive tape with an eraser to increase the contact area and strength between the adhesive tape and the area under test; Hold one end of the tape with your hand, pull off the tape quickly in the vertical direction (90°), and do the same test twice in the same position.
▲Inspect the whole product, including appearance, structure, color, etc.
